Re: Criminal Case No.: 98-5739CF10 A [Sexual Battery Case]

Dear Sir/Madam

TO WHOM IT MAY BE CONCERN

I humbly write this Pleading with the intention of finding the legal assistance of a pro bono lawyer that could represent me. Whether you are an attorney reading this Pleading, who offers your services as a pro bono attorney or you know of an attorney who offers his/her services pro bono, please, I am begging you from the bottom of my heart for legal assistance.

As a pro se defendant, I had done everything legally possible that I could have done in the past 24 years within the Courts. However, I have been repeatedly and vigorously rejected. In fact, I was recently sanctioned by the Court and prohibited from ever filing any other Pleadings in the Court, unless represented by an attorney in good standing with the Florida Bar.

I am innocent, falsely accused and wrongfully convicted of the criminal offenses of Armed Sexual Battery and Burglary of a Dwelling with a Battery. My whole case revolves around one single inculpatory DNA evidence which the face of the record unambiguously shows multiple breaks in the chain of custody and probable tampering with it.

I have dedicated my last 24 years in prison to find and disclose the multiple misconducts that had taken place in this case. Specifically, by the Crime Laboratory DNA Technician, the Lead Detective and the Assistant State Attorney involved in my case.

I am currently being blessed with the pro bono representation of DNA Consultant Tiffany Roy. However, I am still in the desperate need of the expert legal assistance of an attorney who would be willing to represent me pro bono.

If I can provide you with any other information or materials, apart from what is currently available on this website, or if you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at the address provided in this website or directly contact Franziska Kaltenbach at (954) 258-1721.

If you are an attorney reading this Pleading, thanks again for considering volunteering your valuable time. If you are not an attorney reading this Pleading, thank you anyway, for referring my case to an attorney who may consider volunteering his/her time to represent me pro bono. I hope that assisting an innocent man wrongfully convicted could be as rewarding for an attorney as it would be for me having an attorney’s legal representation.

Very truly yours,

Ernesto Behrens.
