In this page, I am just trying to show the amount of persistence I had to go through, in order to be able to ultimately disqualify Judge Andrew L. Siegel from my case. It was frustrating the 16 years of litigation in front of this judge. Beside all the reasons I argued in my motion for his disqualification, this judge recklessly disregarded my allegations and simply denied my pleading.
Even though it is obvious that my letter to the Florida Governor DeSantis was an act of personal frustration and desperation, the ultimate outcome was great and satisfying. For this reason, I am extremely appreciative for the Governor’s Office to have acknowledged my letter and for their instructions on how to formally recuse Judge Andrew L Siegel from my case.
In closing, I would like to extend my most sincere gratitude to Mr. Tyler Andrew, Office of Citizen Services, Executive Office of the Governor, for his detailed response to my letter and of course, for choosing to acknowledge my correspondence.
