Dear Kairos Prison Ministry Leaders and Volunteers,
Receive greetings in the name of Jesus!
I am very humbled to write this letter of appreciation, first to thank our Lord for the wonderful love and provision given to us during this past one day retrieve. I want to also thank each and every one of you for accepting and allowing the Lord to use you mightily according to God’s given calling.
I, and many of us here in Martin C.I. are really appreciative for the effort you put to move our Community forward, your dedication, time and resources which have been invested in the Church this past weekend is highly appreciated.
Personally, I have benefited from the wise counsel you always provide to us as Kairos participants and may the good Lord reward you greatly. I was extremely touched by the words of wisdom and kindness. It seemed as if you people were directly speaking to me and addressing the turmoil taking place within me. The freshness and vigor of your approach and your inspiring teachings have greatly helped me overcome my hardships and low self confidence.
I truly appreciate your service as it has touched me very deeply and has brought a noticeable positive change in me. Your gentle words filled my heart with gratitude and showed me the ray of hope. I am an altogether different person now, who has a much more positive outlook towards life.
Let me pen the last word by saying and agreeing with the words of Paul in the book of Philippians which says… “Finally, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is of good repute, if there is any excellence and if anything worthy of praise, let your mind dwell on these things.”
I thank you for this blessing and bid you keep up the good work!
Sincerely,
Ernesto Behrens.
