Ernesto’s Efforts to Disqualify Judge Andrew L. Siegel

With this page, I would like to share how difficult it really is for the average pro se litigant to bring forward his/her arguments to the presiding judges. In fact, the sad reality is that the majority of all pro se litigation filed in our courts are disregarded and/or discarded by the judges without ever granting any type of relief.

In my specific case, I patiently and humbly dealt with the biases and injustices of this specific judge for the past 16 consecutive years. And as it is clearly argued and litigated in the motions provided below, it was a difficult battle to overcome. Nevertheless, I hope that this experience I have shared on this page could help someone else to properly identify how biased judges really operate and how to proceed to successfully disqualify them from presiding over the cases. Of course, I equally hope that it could also encourage others to fight back and never allow biased judges to keep presiding over our cases.
